• All orders are shipped by air mail, including overseas. Shipping within Quebec is letter mail ($4.00 - oversize flat envelope normally for patterns/kits/few pairs of needles) or small parcel ($7.00 - bubble pack envelope, multiple thread spools and bobbins of yarn). If you are unsure, check with me first.
  
  Return & Exchange Policy: Please e-mail me first detailing the problem to work out the return or exchange. Returns must be made within 25 days of mailing. Exchanges are 60 days from date of mailing. Money will be refunded, less shipping costs and if applicable, PayPal fees if paid through PayPal.
